By using Tracklever, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. About Tracklever
Tracklever is a personal finance and habit tracking application that allows users to log expenses, track daily habits, and view personal statistics. The service is provided by Tracklever ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tracklever. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your Account
You may use Tracklever as a guest (data stored locally on your device) or by creating an account. When you create an account:
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may not create accounts using automated means or for malicious purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tracklever only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use the service to store illegal content or data obtained illegally.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the application.
5. Your Data
You own all data you enter into Tracklever (expenses, habits, notes). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We may permanently delete data associated with inactive or deleted accounts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. No Financial Advice
Tracklever is a personal tracking tool only. Nothing in the application constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We are not liable for any financial outcomes resulting from your use of the app.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Tracklever available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
8. Free and Paid Features
Tracklever may offer both free and paid features. Paid features require a valid subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracklever and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €10 if you are a free user).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tracklever and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.
